GRAHAM JONES, Co-Founder and Co-Managing Member
Graham Jones is a Co-Founder and Co-Managing Member of GRJ which he founded with his brother Gregory in June of 2010. Graham is a graduate of Bowdoin College and received a MS in Real Estate with a concentration in Development from New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate.
GREGORY JONES, Co-Founder and Co-Managing Member
Gregory Jones is a Co-Founder and Co-Managing Member of GRJ which he founded with his brother Graham in June of 2010. Gregory is a graduate of Columbia University and received his MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
ANTONIO AYARZA, Director of Acquisitions
Antonio, Director of Acquisitions at GRJ, is responsible for conducting financial analysis to support investment decisions for the acquisition, disposition, redevelopment, and repositioning of assets across the GRJ portfolio. Antonio is also involved with the asset management, which includes the implementation and execution of an asset’s respective investment strategy. Prior to joining GRJ, Antonio worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Town Sports International where has was responsible for managing the property acquisition investment models. Antonio is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a BA in Finance, and also holds a MS in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance from New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate.
CHRISTIAN STUEBE, Asset Manager
Christian Stuebe, Asset Manager, is responsible for monitoring construction status, maximizing property revenue, reporting to participants & investors, as well as market research & analysis. Prior to joining GRJ, Christian served as an asset manager at a private equity firm in Englewood Cliffs, NJ which specialized in providing capital and management for distressed CRE projects across all asset classes, with an emphasis on construction, development, and marketing. Christian is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BA in Economics, and served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps Reserves from 2012-2016
